We designate certain foreign entities as being in line with the Global Fund’s mission, which is broadly defined in our charter to include educational, cultural, social and other activities in the US and abroad.
You make a donation to Global, indicating which of our programs (i.e., which foreign entity) you wish to support. We make a contribution to it in that amount, less a fee that covers our costs.
Globalization presents the demand for solidarity, particularly the construction of a more human world for all.- John Paul II
You may be familiar with the financial instrument known as the “donor advised fund” by which donors can take an immediate deduction while postponing their donations for future years. To learn why we don’t want to be one, please click here.
